Afterschool Care

St. Mary School offers an afterschool program from 3:00 p.m - 6:00 p.m. with homework assistance. Rates are offered monthly or drop in. Click here for the sign up form.

Battle of the Books

St. Mary Battle of the Books is a grade 5-8 reading competition. Teams meet once a week to practice for 1 hour from September to December.

Chorus Club

Afterschool Chorus Club offers ALL students Grades 4-8 to build musical skills and have fun at the same time. Students taking Violin and Band are encouraged to join.

Science Olympiad

Are you in Grades 5 - 8? Do you love learning about new things? Are you a lover of math and science? Do you like to build things? The St. Mary Science Olympiad Varsity team won second place and JV won first place at the 2024 Regional Competition. The Varsity team went on to finish 8th at the North Carolina State Competition. Go Falcons!

Falcon Running Club

Under the direction of Coach Katey Dennett, the Falcon Running Club is designed to encourage a lifetime love of running for middle school girls. The girls finish their spring season by participating in the EmergeOrtho 5k in May. Anyone who wants to join must be able to run a full mile before the first practice.
